I consent to receiving from the Operator advertising and informational materials regarding the Operator's and its partners' products, services, special offers, promotions, news, and events related to the Logistack service.

Messages may be sent by the following means:

• via telecommunications networks (including SMS messages, push notifications, messages in messengers such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and others);
• by e-mail to the address specified by me during registration or while using the service;
• by telephone calls to the subscriber number specified by me.

3. Term of Validity

This Consent is valid from the moment it is provided (by ticking the relevant checkbox or performing another conclusive action) until it is withdrawn by me.

4. Procedure for Withdrawal of Consent

I am informed that I may at any time opt out of receiving advertising and informational mailings by one of the following methods:

• by changing the relevant settings in the Personal Account of the Logistack service;
• by sending a request to opt out of mailings to the Operator's e-mail address: info@logistack.net.

Withdrawal of this Consent does not affect my receipt of transactional and service messages related to contract performance, service provision, and technical support, where such communications are mandatory or necessary for proper service delivery.
