User Agreement

This User Agreement (the Agreement) governs the use of the Logistack website and web application (the Service) and defines the terms of interaction between the owner of the Service and users.

1. Terms

Owner (Administration, Right Holder) means Individual Entrepreneur Beketov Evgeniy Dmitrievich, OGRNIP 318385000051269, INN 385100465424, e-mail: info@logistack.net.

User means an individual, an individual entrepreneur, or a representative of a legal entity using the Service.

Personal Account means the section of the Service accessible after registration / authorization.

Plan / Subscription means access to the Service functionality on the terms set out in the offer and on the pricing page.

Organization Users (Employees) means users added to the organization's account within the plan limits.

Calculation means the result generated by the Service for placement / packing / stowage on the basis of the User's data.

2. General Terms of Use

The User undertakes to use the Service in good faith, without violating the laws of the Russian Federation or third-party rights.
The Service is intended for informational and analytical purposes and provides software functionality for generating packing / placement calculations.
Use of certain features requires registration of a Personal Account and/or payment for a plan.
By using the Service, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old or otherwise possess full legal capacity.

3. Registration and Account Security

When registering, the User shall provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The User shall ensure confidentiality of access credentials (login, password, codes, keys) and is responsible for actions performed through their account.
If the account is used by an organization, actions of organization users shall be deemed actions of the respective Licensee / organization.
The Administration may request confirmation of account ownership and/or restrict access if it suspects that authorization data has been compromised.

4. Rules for Using the Functionality and Calculations

The User independently enters input data and selects calculation parameters. The User is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the entered data.
Calculation results depend on input data, settings, algorithm assumptions, rounding, and real-life application conditions (packaging, securing, deformation, dynamic loads, human factor, transport / warehouse constraints, etc.).
The calculation results are provided for informational and advisory purposes. The User independently assesses the applicability of the results and bears the risk of using them in their activities.
The Service does not constitute an engineering design service, expert examination, mandatory certification, or guaranteed safety calculation service. The Administration provides the software product on an "as is" basis with respect to calculation results.

5. Prohibited Actions

attempting to obtain source code, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent technical limitations of the Service;
interfering with the operation of the Service, carrying out load attacks, or vulnerability scanning without the Administration's written permission;
transferring account access to third parties outside the organization (unless otherwise provided by the plan), selling or leasing access;
using the Service to violate the law, send spam, engage in phishing, or distribute malware;
posting / transmitting through the Service data for whose processing / transfer the User has no lawful grounds.

6. Subscription, Plans, Demo Access

Plan terms, limits (including number of employees and calculation limits), and prices are published on the pricing page and/or in the Personal Account.
The Service may provide a free demo period without card linkage on the terms specified in the Service (term, limits, functionality). Upon expiry of the demo period, the user must select a plan and pay for a subscription to continue using paid functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

Exclusive rights to the Service, its elements, design, software code, databases, and materials belong to the Right Holder or lawful right holders.
The User receives only the right to use the Service within the selected plan and does not acquire any exclusive rights.
Copying, distributing, or modifying Service materials and elements without the right holder's written permission is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.

8. Liability and Limitations

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration takes reasonable measures to maintain operability of the Service.
The Administration shall not be liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, downtime, data loss, or claims of counterparties arising from the use of the Service and/or calculation results, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of law.
The Administration shall not be responsible for failures caused by third-party actions or circumstances beyond its control (communications, hosting, internet access restrictions, failures of payment partners, etc.).

9. Personal Data and Confidentiality

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy: https://logistack.net/en/docs/privacy_policy/.
Consent to personal data processing is given by a separate action (for example, a separate tick / checkbox) where required by law.

10. Amendments to the Agreement

The Administration may amend the Agreement. A new version takes effect from the moment of publication in the Service unless otherwise specified in the new version.
Continued use of the Service after amendments to the Agreement means the User agrees to the new version.
